Uploading Packshots and Preparing Your First Batch

Everything downstream is decided here. The generated image can only be as faithful as the garment it was given, so this lesson is about the source: what to shoot, how to shoot it, and what to throw away.
You will see the difference a flat, evenly lit packshot makes against one with a hard shadow across the fabric — and what happens to a print, a pleat or a knit texture when the source is soft, cropped at the hem, or photographed at an angle the camera then has to guess its way out of.
The second half is batching: grouping a drop by silhouette and colourway, and setting up the first run so a whole collection moves through the platform in one pass instead of one SKU at a time.
